The 2200m2 two-level Gymnasium and Group Fitness Facility at the Clem Jones Centre will feature cardio fitness rooms downstairs with cross trainer bikes, rowing machines and treadmills and four separate rooms upstairs for group fitness classes.

ARIA VALENCIA APARTMENTS

ACU – BUILDING U EARLY WORKS & SERVICE DIVERSION

This project facilitated the relocation of the existing loading dock to allow for the construction of a new block, Building U. Works included civil and underground services for storm water, fire and water mains and the subsequent diversion of existing services. The project required careful coordination and excavation, in and around existing live services, while the campus remained fully operational.

Completed February 2017.

WATERFORD APARTMENTS

Waterford Two comprises 187 residential apartments (one, one plus study, two, three and four bedroom in a mix of sizes) across four multi-level residences, along with a resort-style swimming pool, gymnasium, BBQ entertaining area and picnic nooks.

Completed December 2016.

OXLEY ROAD APARTMENTS

This project included 38 units over five levels, as well as a basement level car park, and was delivered eight weeks ahead of schedule.
